Technical Support, as defined by Media Solutions, is a range of services providing assistance with our technology products.In general, technical support services attempt to help our users solve specific problems—rather than providing training or customization.  Media Solutions delivers support services over the telephone or online by email, instant messenger chat, and our website.
Technical Support services include, but are not limited to:

  • Tier I: Addressing specific issues for end users. Begin your support request here. 
  • Tier II: More in-depth technical support level than Tier I. This is typically reserved for advanced functional issues at an administrative level.
  • Tier III: Highest level of support and
    responsible for handling the most difficult or advanced problems. typically, problems that advance to this level are at a code level.
