For example, a sales person could quickly build a list of all customers who haven't had communication (email, letter, call, or meeting) in the past 60 days that are also in the Hospitality sector. That account rep could then plan and implement an outreach campaign targeting those customers. Efficient, well-informed account reps build stronger relationships.

Advertising Directors can set individual performance targets, and track progress of the entire sales team, both individually and collectively, using Contract's built-in functions for managers. Viewing team or individual data is easy, either in Contract or through standard data visualization tools (including Excel). Managers can examine any standard in real time and adjust the course of the sales team accordingly. Performance has never been easier to gauge, as managers have direct insight into actuals at any point during the sales cycle. Of course, Contract's filters and sorting capabilities work at this level as well, allowing managers to build contact lists and campaigns across the team's customers and prospects. The Finance Department will find that Contract makes life easier in that it reduces customer orders into individual ad placements that can be billed as a collective. With a couple of clicks all fulfilled ads (or ads meeting any criteria) can be billed at once, invoices generated electronically, and delivered directly to customers according to your company's preferences. Invoice data is then easily and automatically exported into your financial management application. Payment data received against these invoices is also automatically imported into Contract, eliminating manual one-by-one invoice creation, AND double data entry. Efficient financial management means your back office can handle more, with less.
